Music Matters Grants
The Muzak Heart & Soul Foundation is accepting applications for its Music Matters Grant Program which provides $6,000 grants to public school and independent music programs in the United States. Highest consideration is given to those programs in need of basic materials such as instruments and sheet music, programs serving economically disadvantaged students, programs involving innovative educational reform, and programs with established partnerships with parent-teacher-student associations and other community groups. Applicant schools and programs must already have an existing music program in place.
