Our Military Kids
Our Military Kids is a foundation that provides support to the children (ages 3 years through high school) of National Guard and Military Reserve personnel who are deployed overseas and to the children of severely injured service members. Support is in the form of grants for sports, fine arts and tutoring. A grant may cover up to six months of an activity and cannot exceed $500.00. Grant recipients are able to choose from different youth organizations, community centers, county recreation departments and commercially provided sports activities, instruction and equipment rental programs.
